As part of its commitment to improving services to its business partners, Fortune Affiliates will be introducing a new standard in reporting and analysis. For us to achieve these deliverables we require you to update your current legacy media items. All new media items pulled from the Fortune Affiliates website after March 2009 will already reflect the changes required and do not need to be updated by you.
We will be rolling out these enhancements in a phased approach as per the schedule below. The updates that are required on your side can be made after the dates mentioned but not before.
• Platinum Play Bingo – 5 March 2009
• Royal Vegas, 7Sultans, Poker Time and Vegas Palms – 17 March 2009
• All remaining brands – 31 March 2009

WHY A PHASED APPROACH?
The new URL structure and reporting system is being introduced in a phased manner to ensure that a stringent quality assurance process is followed for your protection. Taking a cautious, conservative and planned approach will ensure a seamless transition to the new system. Our affiliates are paramount to our operations, so you can be assured that every precaution on our part to maintain your tracking and accounts will be wholeheartedly undertaken by Fortune Affiliates.
WHAT ABOUT URLS THAT USE THE OLD TAGGING FORMAT?
All future marketing collateral (for new promotions and offers for example) that appear in the Media Management system will carry the new URL format.
The legacy format will be supported until the end of April 2009 where after all legacy formats will be tracked but not reported on.
Players you refer will always be attributed to your account going forward, even on the legacy tags, through an additional mapping process. However, the legacy tag system will not carry the robust reporting features offered by the new system that would allow you to better manage your marketing campaigns. We therefore highly recommend you move onto the new system in order to optimize your efforts.
