Well since CAP is here to represent affiliates, would not exist without us, and makes a considerable income from sub-affiliate sign-ups and corporate sponsorship and advertising, I think they sould fund the suit.
There is virtually no risk of loss to CAP since it is blatantly obvious to anyone that Grand Prive are definitely in the wrong.
