You actually suggest that casino players would also become forex users? Does this really make sense? No offence, but I think although the look and feel may be familiar (according to you) it is a whole different type of business isn’t it…

Anyone who can comment on this (preferably based on experience)?

Furthermore, can anyone indicate how the net earnings for us as affiliates are when comparing forex affiliate sites with casino affiliate sites?

I tried both – ran eToro for a while and have to say it’s an excellent intuitive interface for a newbie like I was. I ran a few hundred, enjoyed it but it’s probably more suited to the type of casino player who plays BJ and strategy games than slots and VP players like me. The novelty wore off and I missed the anticipation of a big win.

I won an auction for a Forex site on Sedo for a few thousand to get started affiliating, then it turned out the seller didnt own the site after I sent the money to escrow, which p*ssed me right off. Third time out of five that’s happened to me on Sedo now. Haven’t gone back since but think its an interesting market and definately interested, but not without good strong traffic.

Finally I’d add, I don’t think you’d stand much of a chance making a lot of money from it without “playing” it yourself first. It’s essential in fact.
