Not what I heard. Apparently the new casino does accept new non-US players.
Now I wonder if they will tag a player if they belonged to an affiliate on the old software and pay them for revenue earned on the V Tech software. Unlikely.
Regardless I am still astounded every time I get a payment from these guys.
