I tend to agree, anyone who claims to be able to send you targeted traffic is probably BS. There are a few PPC sites that will accept online gambling placements who provide real traffic. There are many others who send faux traffic, so you have to be careful. If you do go with any of these companies, be sure to check your web stats to make sure the traffic is real.
