I am giving this a bump as I would be interested in this especially from the operators that are already in this market = No need for specific website names but let us know what affililiates are doing there and what is working and what is not. I would also be interested to know what the average player is worth, how they find you, what type of person they are, etc? I have a few Pachinko domains, Has this been successfully replicated online yet? Is it worth pursuing
I have been Macau once (going again in 3 weeks) and sat in a few lectures on this market and I have to say it is not easy to get into and it takes a lot of research from the layout of your website including colours, style of writing, design etc. through to finding the right partners and right games to promote.
Also as the market is largely driven by cash and agents I struggle to see how the traditional affiliate can fit into this cycle because the bulk of players will be playing through agents etc won’t they or is there a % that use traditonal payment methods – If you are based locally then I guess thats a different situation as you will have a much more hands on approach to the model.
Finally how do you find fraud in that market? I hear it is rife? If an affiliate promotes this market would he have to account for a large level of chargebacks.
