Actually, on Monday we relaunched and improved our VIP programme to make it open, transparent and more lucrative than it ever was before.

We have improved the rewards available, simplified how you earn them and increased them for playing more. You can see how points are earned HERE
The Difference is that now when points are cashed in you get more if you are at a higher level. Details HERE
When we launched the scheme we converted the Points Balance of each player based on the Cash Value. This is important as it means that although a players points balance may have changed the value of where they are at right now remains the same.
Infact, if any players still want to cash in their entire pre-Febuary 1st balance, they can do so up until May 1st at the old rate, so there’s no way they can lose out. For more info there is an FAQ section HERE
