This issue is now resolved.
It seems the incorrect number under IBAN was causing the payments to continually be returned to us.
We have now rectified this problem and an urgent payment was made to this affiliate on 22 January so the funds should have arrived the next day.
Once again – apologies GamTrak for the delay in receiving your payment.
