I second that!
I thought the venue was way better than both previous CAP events I attended (London & Barcelona last year) – I sincerely hope the powers that be go back there again next year.
I stayed in the actual hotel (where the event was) & that was great too!
I only have two small complaints – both out of CAP’s control I guess:
1) The entrance to the hotel was a bizarre as it was dangerous:- From the road, up a steep flight of steps which had lights that weren’t turned on at night – then up a tiled pathway… well some of it was tiled, but the majority were broken & loose or missing….! A definite tripping hazard, especially after a few!
2) The party venues were a very long way away from the venue – about 7 miles across London (£20-£30 by taxi I would guess – I don’t know as I took the tube!). I think it would have been better if they could have been much closer.
Overall though 9/10 – and the beers in the hotel were less than half the rip-off price in Barcelona!
