It was a good, constructive call. Some of the major concerns which we discussed were as follows:
- Customer Service
- Player Withdrawal Communication
- The dreaded $1 fee to play Slots
As soon as I got off the phone to you I called a board meeting for that afternoon and we discussed these issues:
Customer Service
Always a P.I.T.A. and we have been trying to train our CSR’s to our specification – the specification being “customer satisfaction” – we realize at times things go awry and we’re working very hard on this.
Player Withdrawal Communication
This needs to be improved. From the point when the player requests a payout we are developing a mechanism to process this as quickly as possible. As some of you know, there are issues with payment processing in this day and age. We’re always working on ways to make this go fast and smoother. At the same time we do recognize that we do need to improve the communication of the payment status.
