She told me last weekend to give her till Monday and she’ll sort it out, leave it with her. Then said she’s waiting for a reply from someone else, and will get back to me. A week has passed and there’s still nothing in processing nor has she responded back. I emailed her again yesterday, and haven’t heard a reply.
It’s not a lot of money. It is the point though. Every other Rival we have accounts with has our payments in processing mode at some point in time each month without being asked, responds promptly and resolves issues promptly…. except Vegas Sky it seems.
