Sort of glad that this was found and that it can be addressed…
Many people have virtual ips… they change everytime they log into the internet… or at least once every 24hours. The problem I had was that when I downloaded, it took so long (My connection was extremely slow at the time) that I did not feel like playing anymore and decided to try at a later stage.. I am sure that this will happen more often than you think. I did not clear my cookies, as I knew we were doing the test – so wanted to make sure that everything would be tracked.. Would never have thought of the IP issue… Come to think of it – will need to check all the softwares now :Cry:
But this is definitely something you will need to look into and also something that is not really being addressed here as it has nothing to do with the report as such, since you admit it …
As for the cookie situation… nothing for me to say other than “What Professor and BB1webs said!”
Other than that.. I don’t get why people are jumping all over Rome when it is obvious that nobody really knows what happened with the reports…
Only issue I had with them was the Customer Support, which Gabriel has promised is being dealt with
