btw: those making all that money wouldn’t be sitting so pretty if others hadn’t seen the writing on the wall and chose to bow out while they still had little to lose … but of course that didn’t stop the cut-throating because some had too much invested to leave so they were forced to compete by offering same or better kickbacks.
