What I want to know is whether Judge Wingate (the original judge) gets his/her pay docked for obviously failing to have a clear grasp of the issues and/or falling asleep in court?!

Perhaps an enquiry should be launched into the competence of the initial judge for obviously making a bogus ruling and seeking a nice headline (and a little brown envelope on the side?)
