The betting account was suspended because the client wants to close his account since he thinks that he has a gambling problem.
Once an account is suspended we have a tool that automatically suspends the affiliate revenues associated with those users. These are reviewed daily and in such circumstances (i.e self exclusion/gambling problem) the affiliate revenues are reinstated the next day in your affiliate account.
