I have responded to your last e-mail just a few minutes ago – please check your mail, as it should be in your inbox.
Without being drawn into a public debate, I would like to clarify a couple of things you alleged in your e-mail and now this public posting without confirmation from me.
Firstly, I know that you have more than 1 depositing player – I have never refuted this – but it is 1 player that is causing the difference between your online stats and my internal stats.
Secondly, I have never said that your online stats are incorrect and my administrative report is correct. In fact, this is exactly why I am awaiting feedback from my technical team. It is very unusual that the 2 reports differ – in fact, this is the first time it’s ever happened.
To surmise that something is “fishe” (sic) without a full understanding of the situation, and then to post that sentiment on a public forum, is irresponsible, in my opinion.
As mentioned, I have responded to your e-mail, goopxx, with a full explanation of the issue at hand, which I believe justifies my actions in their entirety. It is not our policy to withhold payments from affiliates for the fun of it. Rather, there is an error which requires due diligence before a resolution is met. I believe that this is the correct way to deal with this.
