So glad Dom has those rights I would not want that responsibility. I am happy just running to her and saying help what do you suggest I do..lol This forum is so much more difficult to manage from my own, with this you have to always be I guess I would say politically correct and diplomatic. I have always respected and looked up to Dom for that she does an amazing job 
Of course I always considered her my mentor so I am a bit biased.
