Well I do like Star Partner both from an affiliate point of view but also Vegas partner lounge has always been good to me. I’d say my biggest complaint is Conrad is incredibly slow to respond to affiliates and sometimes he doesn’t at all, which is a serious concern to me considering most aff mgr’s reply to emails in short order.
Either they need to employ a few more people to assist or need to put some time frame policy into effect on replying to affiliates.

I have replied to all of your emails with the exception of the last one that I received,
it has been a little bit difficult since I have been busy with our tech team trying to
resolve our current security issue. Unfortunately I have been able to get to the
last few mails that came but I will shortly.
I do have a time frame when responding to affiliates and that is within 2 hours
from receipt of the email, with exception to weekends and holidays.
