I just dont see how fraud will occur, I i use my qt account to deposit, and my wins can only be credited to the same account i deposit from how will fraud occur. I cant make a qt deposit unless i have money there so there really not a posibility of fraud.
Unless , someone hacks my qt account, then deposits at an instant pay casino, then wins, then withdraws to same account, then changes qt info and withdraws via wire to there bank account, then waits a week for the wire and hopes no one ever notices.
Still think the reason is for casino;s to hold money for as long as possible. Good for us affiliates but not right for the players.
