1. Personally I look for new partners at CAP based on the site I am building or promoting. On my slots sites I choose casinos I think compliment that niche, on blackjack I do the same etc…
2. I read all the feedback about the programs that other members post about a program I am interested in.
3. I check with other CAP members (Friends) and see what have experienced with the program I am considering,
