I’m sure they are doing the best that they can with the resources they have availabe, but sometimes that just isn’t good enough. I know there are some things that they can’t always control, so they shouldn’t take anything personal.

However, when you work for a company and you are our direct point of contact, you have to expect people to get frustrated when payments are late or when there is little or no communication.

They still have a ways to go to fill Natalie’s shoes, but I think if they keep doing the job they’ve been doing they just may get there!
