if this has links in the footer that must be retained by the user, I hope you say so in advance.. I do hate this.. 
the word “free” never means free these days
edit: I had a look at teh source cos I was curious. RIIIGHT. full of base64 encoded urls in the bottom of the template. Such BS. It’s hardly FREE if it must contain PERMANANT SITEWIDE links to your sites is it? Free means the user can customise 100% IMO.
