Hi Alex

As a UK Sports Betting focused site, Boxing day is one of the busiest days in the year of course – also the Saturday after (this year the two days run next to each other so a busy couple of days) and New Years day is also packed full of sporting events.

With no horse racing in the UK on 23rd/24th December (so the hard working betting shop folk can have a little rest) – these are quieter days and normally there are no major football fixtures on these days either as most teams play boxing day.

So very quiet in the few days leading up to Christmas day then it gets really busy boxing day onwards for a few days – by then folks seem to be bored of family and a break from punting and want to get right back into it!!

Overall the month suffers a bit becuase the quiet period in the run up to Christmas and lots of people taking leave from work -people spending less time on line and more time socialising in general.

We dont have huge casino/gaming traffic but I did notice a decent amount of bingo and casino activity on Christmas day last year – I guess sadly there are lots of people who spend Christmas day alone.
