I have a question about similar. what about US citizens that vacation outside the states? If they are staying in a country where it’s legal to gamble … how do they go about getting into the MGS casinos?
or is that just not an option? which is foolish since usa credit cards are used to purchase chips out at sea or in other countries all the time … what’s the difference?
