I saw this thread early in the morning before the one you are talking about, so I don’t know what in particular pixxed you off, but – whatever she said, I am sure it’s not important enough to get all upset.
I did see some start ups of combativeness yesterday and I think she is out of sorts because she feels betrayed by the folks at grand prive – made the most $ with them, felt they were friends, and now got dumped. Her agression is misdirected, and best left ignored and she’ll simmer down.
Guys, aff managers can be nice or fun or efficient or all three of these and then some, but they are not our friends, they are trained in befriending us so they can get the best exposure and if they didn’t have the job or the objective, they could care less in most cases. Very often affs who get royally pixxed are ones who really believed they had made a close friend and ally in the industry and came to realize that it’s just business afterall..
If she does contnue I’ll talk to her.
As mods, we really can’t get in pixxing matches here, it’s a professional board. I bit my tongue off a zillion times… we can argue all we like on player boards and such, but on a professional board it belongs in the freeforall or politics sections.
So, don’t let it get under your skin. It’s just not worth it…
