The real issue IMO is the VIOLATION of the one thing that is paramount to the ENTIRE Industry, and that is “Trust”
This Industry was built on it. While there have been many breeches of that trust, Microgaming was NEVER one of them.

Regardless of whether there is or isn’t a legal problem with what has occured, NO ONE in their Right Mind could ever say there in no ETHICAL or MORAL violation of the trust we all dearly depend on in this Industry as Players and Affiliates.

If Microgaming doesn’t step up to the plate on this, then other operators, AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE could pull this same exact stunt.
Why wouldn’t they if they were faced with going under, or screwing the entire affiliate community??

I think Microgaming should be stepping up here to protect their brand, the competing operators that are honoring their agreements, and lastly to protect the integrity of the Industry itself.
