I don’t have time to read the whole spiel, but it looks like it may be just a twist on another program that came out some time ago called “Google Cash.” Even if you can succeed at it you may have to shell out tens of thousands in ppc advertising in order to earn tens of thousands in income (“Hey, I earn $99,000 a day from this…but I spend $98,950.” 
) Even when it’s allowed by whatever program you’re a part of, PPC arbitrage is risky like anything else and you can lose money, too. But make a whole lot selling ‘success info.’
