We are not considering revoking this group’s Safe and Fair seals because there has been no breach of our eGAP requirements for the casinos. We also do not currently review their affiliate program as we do for various other operators, and therefore it is not appropriate for us to initiate a formal investigation into this matter.
However, we would like to see this issue appropriately resolved, and I have been in contact with Grand Prive about this and I’m hoping to discuss this further with MGS. I’m not sure we can necessarily do anything about this, but I will certainly try.

Hi Dom,
I’ve been in contact with Grand Prive management, and they’ve explained to me in detail their reasons behind closing down the Grand Prive program and the consequences. I’ve arranged for a manager at Grand Prive to correspond directly with J. Todd at APCW to explain their position more fully. I hope that this will go some way towards resolving the situation, and I regret for the reasons I’ve mentioned before we are not going to be able to get further involved with this.
