Those are relevant links in my opinion. I don’t think there is anything deceptive about them at all. I warn users that the links go to others with opinions on these casinos.
However, if others share that opinion we will change them. I actually think it will help. The articles on the other sites are about those casinos, so the links make sense to me. It’s not an attempt to do anything suspicious.
