We are waiting for an appeal in the Kentucky trial, we are hoping that the decision will be in our favor.
In the event that we will no longer own http://www.rushmorecasino.com , the alternative domain will be http://www.rushmoreonline.com
However a final decision will not be reached until the end of Jan, leaving affiliates plenty of time to make the link changes if need be.
