I suspect they’ll set up a bunch more MGS casinos with no affiliate program ready (whilst they’re busy marketing to all the players we referred to Grand Prive via email and snail mail)… Then, when that runs dry – set up a new affiliate program…
I’m not allowing any ‘new’ casinos to advertise that aren’t properly set up with an affiliate program and would recommend similar to others because otherwise places like that will rely on players posting on your forums (that you pay to host and keep-up) with direct links – which of course gets them players but we never see anything from it…
This is how Villa Fortuna started (how THIS topic started – see page 1) and they did the same with RoadHouseReels AND Lake Palace – if you remember far back enough 
Like I said this ‘getting around the affiliates’ has been going on for LONG time from my “few” years of experience.
