..keep you hat on. I just needed to make myself heard and this is the only place were problems are really looked into. You see, when you ask your manager or basic support you just tend to get the basic everything is fine answer that really doens’t mean anything and not does it help the situation. When however you write about it in public – you have to do more then that to ease the situation and that’s why the CAP is such a nice thing to have – never mind the grievences we might have had with the Prof.
If you would have appointed me a manager who still works on my account then I could have talked to him, but my old manager and the only one I know says that he’s moved on to bigger things and thats fine with me. He actually said to email you and I did, but didn’t get a response and then I posted my issues here after already someone else had done the same.
Ok, in any case the thing is what it is – probably we have lost our players due natural causes and as such it’s unortunate and well, quite a big drop from not only the month before(which was excellent – thank you), but also from the few months before that as well. Thats why it was a bit hard to believe it was all just depending on one singular player as there were much better months before the October where rightfully there was a much bigger player that caused the huge increase in revenues.
The thing with the whole affiliate business is the fact of not seeing as much as would be sufficient to realisticly proof and measure anything for that matter, thats why when your revenues and especially deposits go down the toilet when there’s a switch in the affiliate system, then you can probably imagine the amazement it cause and the suspisions it raises. In your case I actually believed it to be an honest error of some sort that had left out the players when the switch was done.
All in all – I believe you to do a good job and hopefully we will be doing better next month. I think we could have avoided the whole incident if it were taken seriously the first time around when I originally asked for a check up and maybe you could have then explained the situation and maybe even send me player specific data with no confidential information of course.
