This is a very sensible and useful list.
Having just read a very terse conversation between one AM and an affiliate on another forum’s thread, it’s clear that there’s a lot of value locked up in being a good communicator.

That’s true.. This is one of the reason why I wanted to write this as this article give a few ideas how to be good communicator such as preparing docs for affiliates, giving them tips, knowing your product etc and i hope that helped to some affiliate managers.
