Hi,
Thanks for your post. Adding smiley faces when we are talking about business and large volumes of revenues does not really put a smiley face on what you were trying to put across regarding our program, which has been fully understood from your initial and subsequent posts.
Your initial point re removing players has as far as I am concerned been covered however if you wish to follow this up please contact me so you are able to meet locally with your affiliate manager so that we can lead you through the numbers and data pulled.
Now we move on, we don’t remove players, we don’t reduce commissions, we don’t have predatory terms removing partners if they don’t promote us and bring in active players and we don’t add extra fees so we can make profit from our affiliates.
We do have great commission %, we do to increase our brand awareness over all the countries we operate in, we do try to build and bring on our affiliate partners and increase their revenues, we do have a personal affiliate manager you can talk to, we do have amazing customer lifetime values, we do have amazing low churn numbers for all our brands and we do look forward to you increasing your exposure for Betsson and us working together in the future for the benefit of all parties.
Regarding costs, costs are dependent on the market and products you promote. We work on costs that are actual, so the exact amount it costs, is what it costs, both to us and our partners. Costs are not based on deposits, but on what it costs us to operate, as well as being based on revenues.
The affiliate lounge team are here to ensure fairness, and business continuity for all concerned, if you have issues next month I will be here to work with you, and any other partners, in forums or offline.
CAP is a great forum and I love the gaming industry

And the fact that we are way way behind the six months average is just bad luck as well I guess. I will certainly have to think again twice of promoting betsson as after a good run of many many months and building revenues we suddenly are in the starting point with a huge 1k monthly comission and 1/4th of the average deposits. Clearly seems to be the fault of one singular player.
One other thing thats noticable is the drop in deposits to net profit ratio, from previous months(this is the average for all brands combined):
From gross deposits 63% has been net revenue as a 3month average in the old system
(to be more objective I also took the average for the whole year and it’s 62%)
From gross deposits 40% has been net revenue as the first monts average in the new system
-Ok, the one month period might be a bit too short for objective comparison, but again we go the wrong way with the new system. I urge others to check their revenues and averages as well – then we could have more data to look into.
Then there’s one more thing I would like to ask – what are the costs that average around 23-24% of net revenue(aka result in the old system) and why doesn’t the new system include these specifics at all?
I hate to piss on your parade, but I must say that stats and revenue wise I would have been happy to rely on the old system. The only good thing so far in the new system is that you can have different campaigns to track.
I have to add, that I still think you have a very good program and I hope we can a lot of business together, but this last month has really been a dissapointment as far as the numbers go – especially with betsson. The fact that it hit the time of the switch just makes me think there’s something wrong, maybe the next month will prove me wrong – I sincerily hope so and if not – well you’ll hear about it for sure
– Just my two cents worth
