nowt to worry about as long as the syndicated content contains a link to the original article or is just an excerpt of the original article… Google is well aware that people syndicate content.
Google will only punish someone for duplicate content if it is the only content on a page and doesn’t’ exist just to complement the existing content on a page.
when you syndicate you should consider only allowing people to syndicate the headline and perhaps the first paragraph or 2, with a link to your original article at the bottom for the rest imo
