I have compared data from Betsson, old affiliate lounge and new affiliate lounge (down to players and product gamestat level for the month of October and November).
The total number of registered players in Betsson with your affiliate tag, and registered in OLD and NEW affiliate lounge is the same.
The data held in Betsson DB and in OLD and NEW Affiliate Lounge db is the same (comparing months October and November)
For October you had a player that contributed 96% of the revenues created for you in Betsson. This player has not been active in November.
I think that it would be beneficial to look at reporting player specific data (not down to actual username or any confidential player data) but certainly to the extent that partners can see if the scenario above it happening to them, and what sort of player activity they are having. I will add this to the list for evaluation, for the extended features for the next release.

I have now sent you my username by email and I wish you will really look into it. I have to say however that there cant really be another explenation for the lack of players and deposits, then the fact that your move has not gone through properly.

To add proof to my claims, instead of pasting all the details here I just mention the total monthly deposits and comissions from last 4 months and then the comparison for the new systems first month that is now ongoing.
