I’ve checked the forum posts and I saw the reply from someone saying you should be pleased with myBet (better deal, special terms and you got paid even generating a loss). Since my colleague (Björn Zoellmer) was dealing with your complaints at the end, I would also like to share with you my finial words.
First of all, please have a look one more time in to the all over data from the beginning till today:

Same goes for payment costs – these are the processing costs. (Credit cards, e-wallets…) All this are costs that an affiliate shares with the operator in a NET REVENUE SHARE agreement that we had and I explained all this to you in several emails. Why you did not ask then? Even if you disregard the calculation, just have a look at deposits minus withdrawals: it is a minus of 14.928€. I believe this is a very clear picture even for someone with no experience in this industry.
I really believe you should be extremely satisfied that we made the special adjustment for you, deducting only 10% of the bonus costs so you received a very fair commission considering the fact that we made an 27,763.96€ operating loss from your campaign only by the end of October, by the end of November it will be over 50.000€.
I’ve seen you removed the campaign from your site, thank you for this. Just for your information, your campaign was already terminated; the bonus plan will be deactivated tomorrow in case you still have some posts about the bonus in the forums.

Just look at the numbers please . There was 548 players depositing 111.000,- euros!
No I am not satisfied with your cooperation at all.
I bring you so much players and you say that now I should almost owe you some money, which is not true.
It makes no sense to give 40% commission from what you deduct every possible fee, like “payment costs” what I have to do with that ?
If you paid me 10€ CPA for each player I would be rich now and you could have your players depositing more money.
But you continue to work with your unfair rules which will discourage every future affiliate to join.
I have the right to inform them about that and will post this on every forum I know.
At the end you had no right to terminate my account without no reason.
All I did is complained you about payout and you find the right to close it
BTW I am negotiating with legal institutions about this problem.
