Your email has been received, however, I do have to initially state my disagreement with the outright statement that it can only be missing players, you have a known number of active players on the brand betsson, and I will report and investigate the number of players in old and new Affiliate Lounge system as well as looking at the individual player activity for the brand betsson as this is where I can see your change in revenues is (also investigated based per betsson product), as your CasinoEuro brand revenues have remained stable.
The deposits and related revenues for any partner can fluctuate and do not always increase, if volumes of new players are added to cover any churn then you can hope to remain stable, but we have partners who loose a high roller, and then see a very negative effect in their revenues.
We also know that players with us only have a certain lifetime value and although the brands work hard to keep our players with us for longer, we always expect to loose some.
I will let you know the status and outcome of the investigation once I have received full data back from our database team who will be pulling data for analysis.

To add proof to my claims, instead of pasting all the details here I just mention the total monthly deposits and comissions from last 4 months and then the comparison for the new systems first month that is now ongoing.
