Hi,
As we work with several brands (with brands containing multiple products) the data files received from Betsson, CasinoEuro and CherryCasino are delivered to Affiliate Lounge and then displayed, along with any adjustments relating to data that has changed on a player account that affects revenues earnt by ourselves and therefore our partners.

We had not, until yesterday put in place a rule to not upload any data until all brand data was available for upload and display. The reasoning behind the application of this rule was due to some products or brands being uploaded at 9am, then the remainder bieng uploaded when received, for example at 2pm the same day. This meant that stats could change and partners see a figure in the AM followed by a different figure in the PM.

If data files are not received for all brands, after day 2 we will take a decision based on the issues, in order to (on the second day) upload the brands data that has been received, and partners will be notified of this action.

The reason that some product related data does not arrive before the deadline are varied, and it is not a common occurrence, but for example could be down to technical issues with partners, system maintenance or network issues. The data for all products, even if not transmitted immediately to AL is always available for us to receive.

How is that possible?
