If you contact your affiliate manager they will work with our tech team to carry out a verification exercise against brand and product related player data and the data represented in Affiliate Lounge in order to ensure that all data is present for your account.
Regarding any implication that players were left behind this is completely not true. The full player to affiliate mapping was checked and test exported several times before the launch and then verified once the migration was complete.

I have sent you and your support team a couple of emails and getting no answer from you and no proper answer from the support who just say – it’s allright now 
Thats why I will mention the issue here at CAP.
The issue is that last month we made over 47k in deposits and 12,5k in comissions of Betsson and now after 23rd of the month the stats read 6k in deposits and little under 900 in comissions – now will you really dare to say like your support team that all’s right and the numbers are good and that no players were left behind..?
