Every person has his legitimate right to complain whenever he thinks that something is going wrong.
For a complaint to be taken seriously in a public forum, the person who complains, need to identify himself, and the marketing resource that he represents, and not to remain anonymous.
At the moment, we cannot relate “Luigi” to any website, and therefore, we will not reply.
We will take any comment, and/or advise, of any kind, into consideration & action – when the person will say who he is, even in private;
