I can see from the discussions that many of you feel that our player conversion rates are below what you would expect.
As you know I have not been with 32Red for long, so I do not have experience of being with this company to be able to tell you yet what works well for our affiliates. I have however seen the conversion rates that the company has for their overall stats, and I’m afraid that these do not agree with your general consensus.
As I have worked with a few of the other gaming companies I have seen what some of the other conversion rates are like, and 32Red’s are by no means below average.
From this, I can only recommend that those of you who are having problems, or who feel that our affiliate programme is not working effectively, should contact me. We can then have a look at what can be done to improve matters.
We have some great promotions coming up throughout December, and we have more resources to help our affiliates with their marketing now, so I am sure that if we work together on this then we can see some good results.
