Hi Aksana,
No. ALL accounts will no longer have negative carry over and unbundling. Its just this wont take into effect until Dec 1. The purpose of the new account is to take advantage of the 60% earnings on new players from now until the end of Jan 2009.
Your current account will still earn 40% , but neg and bundling wont take effect until Dec 1.
