I continue to receive spam for this, pointing to sites which are still alive.

I notice they are being far more cautious in covering their tracks.

That ip (200.122.168.229) is in the same netblock as lucky18casino.com [200.122.155.218] and hosted by the same company (hostarica) which also hosted VIP Gold and Euro Club casino, both of which *also* were very heavily spammed.

It appears to me that you are in a position to do more to investigate who is continuing to spam these messages to me. (And millions of others.)

Shutting down a measly two affiliates (the only ones I informed you of so far) is not good enough. Very obviously your affiliate team needs to do a much better job of policing who signs up.

I’m not alone in receiving these (or in being pissed off about it.)

I continue to inform the FTC, Microsoft (whose services you are CONTINUING to allow to be abused, making you the liable party when their lawyers come calling) and other authorities.

It bears mentioning: your ability to remain available to US residents is most definitely going to be affected if you fail to shut these spammers down. You have the means to do it, yet you do not.

Why?

I remain unconvinced that you are genuinely taking action on this.
