I notice on their affiliate signup page, they have turned what was likely a checkbox entry into a hidden entry:

Nowhere does a new affiliate have to check that they’ve read their terms, or that they will not spam. This is further evidence that they appear to have a very lax policy regarding spam affiliates.
I have a very hard time believing that they haven’t known about this problem. They clearly are not doing anything about it. Rather than followup on this discussion, they instead contribute to other ones to continue promoting their affiliate setup as if nothing is wrong.
Utterly irresponsible.
