Announcement Regarding Your Players
We’d like to inform all affiliates that effective Monday November 10, 2008 we will no longer be accepting any new registrations from players residing in the USA. Existing USA players will be able to play as normal.
We understand that USA traffic is the majority of the commission maker for some affiliates. For this reason we have a few factors that may help lessen the financial loss.
Bounce Back Link: This has been operational for a couple of years now at RA, however I’m not certain many affiliates know exactly what it does.. Basically, you enter a URL on the bounce back link page in your aff account for where you’d like to send any banned/blocked traffic. So in essence, if you had any US traffic clicking on a link for one of our casinos, they would then be redirected to the URL you have entered into your aff account, including an aff link for another casino which takes US traffic.
Existing US players: Existing US players will continue to play as normal. As you know, our retention team here is in it’s best standing since we opened our doors, and in order to help keep these players playing, we will be offering the existing US players some excellent retention offers.
Promotional Material: We understand that some affiliates will need to diversify into other markets, which is why we are proud to let you know that our creative database is the biggest it has ever been. We are currently providing affiliates with literally thousands of up to date banners, flash banners and mailers, as well as targeted splash pages for languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, German and more in USD, CAD, EUR and GBP, as well as targeted landing pages for specific games such as slots, roulette and blackjack. These are available across all 18 casinos and 5 poker rooms. Creatives are also available on request, so if there is anything you need that you aren’t able to find in our marketing tools, please don’t hesitate to let me know what it is you need and I’ll be right on it.
