Putting the previous blame and claims aside.
I think we should:
1. Lobby to end the current law by supporting the argument that the “overburden banks” should not be forced into enforcing a gambling ban.
2. Push to allow states to decided whether to legalize and license (and TAX of course) online gaming.We need to make sure the law doesn’t required “affiliate advertisers” to hold a casino license, rather the affiliate programs should be licensed. Every land based casino worker in the NV, NJ, MI need a gaming commission license, even to clean rooms or wait tables. We don’t want to be put under these licensing requirements in a regulated online gaming world.
