I am on this forum semi-anonymously. I will not tell you who I am, but I will tell you: your company has received NUMEROUS complaint emails from several email accounts of mine, and NOT A SINGLE ONE has ever received a reply of any kind. I’m talking 20 – 30 complaints, DIRECTLY to your affiliate team, with NO RESPONSE, going on SEVERAL WEEKS.
Genuine abuse teams tend to do the following:
– Auto reply (“We’ve received your message”)
– Followup email within a few hours usually (“We didn’t send it, we don’t know who did.” – assuming that was your stance)
– Further back and forth where I give you the evidence of who is doing this (which I just posted here.)
Lucky18 Casino Affiliate program: nothing. Not one word, and certainly no action. The only response I’ve ever gotten was “We’re working on it”, and only because I posted this publicly. It’s the fastest (and only) response I’ve ever gotten from your company.
I will not communicate via email any further with your company because it is quite clear your affiliate team does NOTHING about this issue.
I have direct evidence (which I just posted in the thread) that shows that a distinct affiliate id IS being connected to this spam, which must mean that he IS profiting from it, paid by you.
Quit saying you’re “working on it”. I worked on it for 10 – 15 minutes and deduced the affiliate id, and close to 20,000 links which remain alive and active. If you were serious, you would get these MSN live spaces links taken down. You would contact other affiliate programs if it was shown that your brand was being tarnished by someone profiting from another program. You would investigate who might have been disgruntled at being cut off and EXPOSED WHO THEY WERE!
Instead I get silence, and “we’re working on it.”
I’m sick of hearing about your company. THE ONLY WAY I have ever heard of Lucky 18 Casino is via hundreds of unwanted, illegally sent spam messages, and I am not alone.
I don’t buy your response. This is month #3 of this crap. Prior to this it was spam exclusively for Gold VIP Club. Clearly whoever was spamming that (affiliate #42) has now moved exclusively to your company.
Until I see genuine action, I don’t buy your response at all.
