Your rank will have some dependency on where the person searching is located. #2 on Google.com in the UK may show different results searching on google.com from the US.
As for US based Google search volumes, “real money casinos” is very low with an estimated volume of only 720 on the plural and 1,600 on the singular per month so I would be surprised if it got many more than 3-5 visitors a day while that sitting at #2. That said, I reckon it’s a very targetted search term so if you get the content right, you’ll probably get a good ROI.
