The registration page doesn’t include the US or Canada as a possible location for affiliates, i assume we’re allow to be affiliates in either country?

Unfortunately, one of our tech guys mixed up the terms and conditions from this company and Fruitkings terms.
Fruitkings, pay out 17/25% GROSS DEPOSIT. It means you get 25% of your players deposit. No charge back No winning deductions No hidden fees.
Correction in our terms has been made.
Regarding US and Canada possible location for affiliates, we do accept US and Canadian affiliates.
But we are not able to pay players with click and buy and credit card system.
